Free worldwide shipping on every order.

Shipping

Every FFL order ships free, anywhere in the world — there is no minimum. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Sweden: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. Taxes are included in the displayed price; any import duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email support@fitnessforlifehats.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
