Yes. Every Fitness For Life order ships free to any country, and there is no minimum spend. The shop dispatches orders within 1 to 2 business days. Taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. Import duties outside the European Union are paid by the recipient. A tracking link arrives by email once the parcel is on its way.
Fitness For Life dispatches orders within 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery takes about 1 to 3 business days in Sweden, 3 to 7 business days across Europe, and 5 to 10 business days for the rest of the world. These are the estimates on the shipping page. A tracking link is emailed when the order is sent.
Each cap is one size and is made to fit most people. An adjustable snapback closure covers about 55 to 62 centimetres in head size. The same one size is used for the trucker cap and the yellow cap, and both are unisex. If the fit feels loose or tight, the rear strap clicks tighter or looser in seconds.
Use the snapback strap at the back of the cap. It clicks to your size in a few seconds, with no tools and no sewing. Fitness For Life describes that closure as a premium snapback made to fit most head sizes comfortably, about 55 to 62 centimetres. Set the snaps so the cap stays on for training or everyday wear.
The FFL Trucker Cap has a structured cotton front panel, a breathable polyester mesh back and a durable embroidered FFL logo. Its product page states the front is 100 percent cotton and the back is polyester mesh. The FFL Yellow Cap is cotton with an embroidered logo, made for everyday wear. Both caps are adjustable.
Spot clean the cap by hand with mild soap and cold water, then let it air dry so it keeps its shape. Do not put it in a washing machine or a tumble dryer. The site gives no machine cycle, bleach rule, or dry cleaning method. Hand washing with cold water and mild soap is the only care instruction published.
You can pay with all major debit and credit cards through Stripe secure checkout. Fitness For Life says card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on its own servers. Prices display in EUR, GBP, SEK, NOK or USD, based on your country or the currency you pick in the footer. The buy button sends you to checkout.

One adjustable snapback is meant to fit most head sizes, about 55 to 62 centimetres. The colour range uses that same unisex fit.
